I’m a Marketing Professional. Before becoming a Realtor®, I spent 8+ years in Marketing and Community Outreach. I apply those skills to Real Estate in order to help my clients get the best possible price for their homes and to effectively negotiate on behalf of buyers.
I’m all about the can-do attitude. My goal is to give my clients 110% at all times, and I pride myself on being a problem solver. You might even find me washing windows, planting flowers, or power washing sidewalks for my clients.
I’m a 2nd Generation Realtor®, and only one part of a large family network working in Real Estate as Realtors®, Brokers, Loan Officers, and Land Developers. I can help guide you, and I can connect you with lenders that will help you through every step of the process.
I understand Land Development. I got my first introduction to the Real Estate industry working at the family business, Kemp Land Company. I can work with clients from permitting to connecting landowners with investors.
I am a 4th Generation Californian, and I have been a resident of Santa Cruz for 11 years. I know and love this area, and have developed a deep respect for the community spirit and quirky vibe that makes Santa Cruz so special.
