I am a 2nd generation local Realtor® and the founder of award-winning Dream Catch Properties and Revest Homes. As a Santa Cruz local, born and raised, I know this area from stem to stern. I have a business degree from one of the top public universities in the nation. I was the 2022 Women’s Council of Realtors President and in 2019 I was honored to be voted runner-up for "Best Realtor in Santa Cruz” in the Santa Cruz Waves Swellies Awards. I also served on the Board of Directors for Modern Real Estate Professionals and am a member of Local Government Affairs at the Association of Realtors. In 2021 I successfully advocated for significant changes to the County Measure J program, and was welcomed into the Centennial Club at the Association of Realtors for my efforts to protect private property rights. I consider matchmaker and problem solver, and loves bringing people (and houses!) together. When I'm not working in the field or managing the team, you can usually find me playing at the beach with my son and French bulldog.

I am passionate about housing with 10+ years experience with property management, and 6 years in Mental Health Housing. I'm part of the 2023 Housing Element as a stakeholder involved in the next phase of our community housing plans for the next 7 years. I love a challenge and helping people reach their goals! I was a property manager at one of the largest commercial and residential locally owned real estate companies, 200+ doors and 2M+ in monthly deposits. I'm a mom with three amazing kiddos and live with my husband in Watsonville. I'm a homeowner in the process of growing my real estate portfolio to build generational wealth for my family. I enjoy creative writing and was recently featured on the Podcast Willing & Fable for a local ghost story. I am a monthly contributor to FastExpert for real estate blogging. I love playing in my Santa Cruz County backyard! The weekends (when I'm not showing houses) I'm enjoying what the Monterey Bay has to offer: beaches, redwoods, hiking, and enjoying fine dining.

I have over 20 years of property management experience, which gives me a unique perspective on both single family homes and investment properties. I've managed assets for some of the largest Property Management companies in the Bay Area, including Prometheus Real Estate Group, Fairfield Residential, and Woodmont Real Estate Services. I previously worked as the asset and operations manager for a large real estate and commercial developer. A true entrepreneur at heart, I am also the co-founder of Motivational Misfits, an off-beat lifestyle brand focusing on growth in self, business, and relationships. In my free time, you can find me at my kids' sports games (hockey and football), playing with our new puppy, or exploring small towns throughout California.

Before becoming a Realtor, I managed a local construction company and also worked as the marketing director for a top real estate agency. I studied design at UC Davis with an emphasis in interior design and architecture, where I developed a keen eye for detail and a love for renovating old spaces. When I’m not busy showing homes, I enjoy spending time with my family, going on hikes, and weekend getaways in Lake Tahoe!

I am a Realtor® at Dream Catch Properties. I have lived in the SF Bay Area since 1964 and worked in technology/engineering starting in 1984. I went to Willow Glen and graduated from De Anza Community College and SJSU. I started managing privately held properties in 2010 am familiar with everything that goes into managing properties - the good, the bad, and the ugly. I also helped manage a close friend's properties during a personal catastrophe and helped him avoid foreclosure. I raised my son and daughter alone since 2010. It does sound corny but it has been the best time in my life. I may not look like a soccer mom, but I am a rugby dad, swimming dad, and archery dad. Fun fact to ask me about - I am a purveyor of hot sauce!

I started my professional career in tech working for companies like Adobe Systems and Apple computer. I realized that I wanted to do more to help take care of my community and transitioned in to a life in EMS and spent 17 years on an ambulance responding to 911 calls. Realizing I longed for more personal connection, I decided to leave the EMS industry and pursue a career as a certified life / health and wellness coach. Helping people who were looking for answers to create the steps needed to attain their biggest goals has been a passion for me. I now bring that same caregiving mentality into the real estate industry. I apply the detective tools I’ve learned in EMS with the listening and problem solving tools from my years in coaching to truly hear the needs of my clients and take care of them while they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
