My name is Ace Woods and I am a 2nd generation local Realtor® and the founder of award-winning Dream Catch Properties. I was the 2022 Women’s Council of Realtors President and in 2019 I was honored to be voted runner-up for "Best Realtor in Santa Cruz” in the Santa Cruz Waves Swellies Awards. I also served on the Board of Directors for Modern Real Estate Professionals and am a member of Local Government Affairs at the Association of Realtors. In 2021 I successfully advocated for significant changes to the County Measure J program, and was welcomed into the Centennial Club at the Association of Realtors for my efforts to protect private property rights. I consider matchmaker and problem solver, and love bringing people (and houses!) together.

I am a bulldog - in a good way. My french bulldog is my spirit animal - loyal, quirky, dedicated, confident and tenacious.

I am as local as they come. I am a second generation Realtor® and seventh generation California local.  I grew up driving around to open houses all over town, and you won't find someone that knows Santa Cruz County from stem to stern better than I do.
